God help us if Mark Zuckerberg’s next congressional hearing is on the subject of the Bloody Insurrection of 2020. As HuffPost first reported, a scourge of far-right extremist accounts on Facebook appear to be gearing up for a meme-inspired civil war amid the covid-19 outbreak.

The Tech Transparency Project (TTP), a research group focused on exposing large platforms’ misconduct and influence, released a report finding that 125 Facebook groups are promoting the “boogaloo,” a term far-right groups use to refer to a wishful Civil War sequel. The boogaloo appears to have mutated from a joking 4chan meme into a real-life movement of militiamen (“Boojihadeens”) late last year. But the TTP found a surge in boogaloo interest over the past few months, correlating with social distancing measures. According to the report, over 60 percent of the Facebook groups cropped up in the past three months and, as a whole, have attracted over 36,000 members in the last 30 days.

In a statement to Gizmodo Friday night, a Facebook spokesperson said that the company has “removed groups and Pages who’ve used this and related terms for violating our policies.” “We’re reviewing the content referenced in this report and will enforce against any violations,” they added. On Monday morning, dozens of boogaloo-themed pages, including ones mentioned in the TTP report, were still accessible on the platform.

Boogaloo promoters have been attending anti-quarantine protests, events with ties to pro-gun activists. The report says that the Boojahideen have been hearing dog whistles from the president lately, greeting his “LIBERATE” tweets with cheers. “TTP found that some members of private boogaloo Facebook groups reacted to the president’s rhetoric with memes of celebration,” it reads, “and traded details of anti-quarantine protests in Richmond, Virginia, and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.”

In total, these Facebook groups boast 72,686 members, although the report did not verify how many members overlap between groups. One merch page, the Thicc Boog Line, admins at least 11 other boogaloo groups.

The vast majority are private, TTP notes. One post screenshot grabbed by TTP crowdsources tips on homemade explosives. It begins:

Let’s talk grenades, flash bangs, and other things you can throw at the enemy. Let’s just say that you didn’t want to get the paperwork in order to possess certain things that go boom or can act as a room clearer/stunner.

Is there anything you can buy to make your own flash bangs?

The report suggests this isn’t just casual dabbling in violent fantasies. The groups have uploaded CIA handbooks, military manuals, and the bomb assembly manual “The Anarchist Cookbook.” One 133-page-plus planning document reviewed by the TTP reportedly identifies strongholds like “national guard depots, police stations, and factories that produce munitions” as “very solid targets” and proposes taking out rail lines and ports to “sabotage shipments.” The TTP found that one Arkansas fan of several boogaloo pages was arrested earlier this month after allegedly livestreaming a hunt to kill a police officer on Facebook Live.

Boogaloo advocates reportedly include Matt Marshall, a leader of the militia group Three Percenters, named for the disputed belief that only three percent of Americans fought in the Revolutionary War. According to the Anti-Defamation League, Marshall suggested that followers wear the Hawaiian shirt, the mark of the Boojahideen, to anti-quarantine protests.

Slides included in the report also outline a propaganda strategy proposing that boogaloo insurgents stick to Revolutionary War-related emblems such as the Gadsden flag, rather than anarchism emblems, which the media will portray as “black and scary.”

YouTube is also culpable. As of this writing, “Top 5 Boogaloo Guns”—a guide to firearms posted on April 15th by a user with 2.35 million subscribers—remains live with over 300,000 views. “The idea being that a boogaloo is something really bad happens, it’s a tyrannical government,” the narrator, in a Hawaiian shirt, explains, “and you’ve gotta take to the streets and take care of business, protect your family, protect your neighborhood, protect your citizens.” He proceeds to review a semi-automatic version of an FN SCAR assault rifle (which, he remarks, has been a popular item at recent unnamed rallies).

YouTube told Gizmodo that “we have strict policies regarding content featuring firearms, and quickly remove content that violates those policies when flagged by our users,” but added that the boogaloo video doesn’t violate their firearms content guidelines.

Facebook was made aware of the boogaloo activity in February, the report notes, after NBC reached out to the company and received the following response:

We’ve been studying trends around this and related terms on Facebook and Instagram. We don’t allow speech used to incite hate or violence, and will remove any content that violates our policies. We’ll continue to monitor this across our platform.

Updated: This story has been updated with comment from Facebook and YouTube.

Correction: 4/17/20, 8:50 a.m. ET: A previous version of this story incorrectly identified a semi-automatic weapon as an “automatic assault rifle.” It has been corrected above and we regret the error.

White Supremacist Groups Are Thriving on Facebook Report 14 Page Report

Facebook says hate groups aren’t allowed on the platform. But white supremacists are using the social network to build their movement.

Dozens of white supremacist groups are operating freely on Facebook, allowing them to spread their message and recruit new members, according to a Tech Transparency Project (TTP) investigation, which found the activity is continuing despite years of promises by the social network that it bans hate organizations.

TTP recently documented how online extremists, including many with white supremacist views, are using Facebook to plan for a militant uprising dubbed the “boogaloo,” as they stoke fears that coronavirus lockdowns are a sign of rising government repression.1 But TTP’s latest investigation reveals Facebook’s broader problems with white supremacist groups, which are using the social network’s unmatched reach to build their movement.

The findings, more than two years after Facebook hosted an event page for the deadly “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia, cast doubt on the company’s claims that it’s effectively monitoring and dealing with hate groups.

What’s more, Facebook’s algorithms create an echo chamber that reinforces the views of white supremacists and helps them connect with each other.

With millions of people now quarantining at home and vulnerable to ideologies that seek to exploit people’s fears and resentments about Covid-19, Facebook’s failure to remove white supremacist groups could give these organizations fertile new ground to attract followers.
Facebook’s Community Standards prohibit hate speech based on race, ethnicity, and other factors because it “creates an environment of intimidation and exclusion and in some cases may promote real-world violence.” The company also bans hate organizations.3 Since the Charlottesville violence, Facebook has announced the removal of specific hate groups and tightened restrictions on white extremist content on the platform.

“We do not allow hate groups on Facebook, overall,” CEO Mark Zuckerberg told Congress in April 2018. “So, if — if there’s a group that — their primary purpose or — or a large part of what they do is spreading hate, we will ban them from the platform, overall.”

The analysis found:

• Of the 221 designated white supremacist organizations, more than half—51%, or 113 groups—had a presence on Facebook.

• Those organizations are associated with a total of 153 Facebook Pages and four Facebook Groups. Roughly one third of the organizations (34) had two or more Pages or Groups on Facebook. Some had Pages that have been active on the platform for a decade.

• Many of the white supremacist Pages identified by TTP were created by Facebook itself. Facebook auto-generated them as business pages when someone listed a white supremacist or neo-Nazi organization as their employer.

• Facebook’s “Related Pages” feature often directed users visiting white supremacist Pages to other extremist or far-right content, raising concerns that the platform is contributing to radicalization.

• One of Facebook’s strategies for combatting extremism—redirecting users who search for terms associated with white supremacy or hate groups to the Page for “Life After Hate,” an organization that promotes tolerance—only worked in 6% (14) of the 221 searches for white supremacist organizations.

• In addition to the hate groups designated by SPLC and ADL, TTP found white supremacist organizations that Facebook had explicitly banned in the past. One known as “Right Wing Death Squad” had at least three Pages on Facebook, all created prior to Facebook’s ban.

Facebook is Creating Pages for Hate Groups

TTP examined the Facebook presence of 221 hate groups affiliated with white supremacy. The groups were identified via the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) Hate Symbols Database and the Southern Poverty Law Center’s (SPLC) 2019 Hate Map, an annual census of hate groups operating in the U.S.5

TTP used ADL’s glossary of white supremacist terms and movements to identify relevant groups in the Hate Symbols Database. With the SPLC Hate Map, TTP used the 2019 map categories of Ku Klux Klan, neo-Confederate, neo-Nazi, neo-völkisch, racist skinhead, and white nationalist to identify relevant groups.6 Of the 221 groups identified by TTP, 21 were listed in both the ADL and SPLC databases.

TTP found that 51% (113) of the organizations examined had a presence on Facebook in the form of Pages or Groups. Of the 113 hate groups with a presence, 34 had two or more associated Pages on Facebook, resulting in a total of 153 individual Pages and four individual Groups.

Roughly 36% (52 Facebook Pages and four Facebook Groups) of the content identified was created by users. One user-generated Page for a group designated as white nationalist by SPLC had more than 42,000 “likes” on Facebook and has been active since 2010.7

The remaining 64% of the white supremacist content identified by TTP involved Pages that had been auto-generated by Facebook. These Pages are automatically created by Facebook when a user lists a job in their profile that does not have an existing Page. When a user lists their work position as “Universal Aryan Brotherhood Movement,” for instance, Facebook generates a business page for that group.

This auto-generation problem has existed for some time.In April 2019, an anonymous whistleblower filed a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) petition regarding extremism on the platform and Facebook’s practice of auto-generating business pages for terrorist and white supremacist groups. Some of these Facebook-generated Pages gained thousands of “likes,” giving a way for the groups to identify potential recruits, according to the whistleblower.

One of the auto-generated hate group Pages with the most “likes” in TTP’s analysis was for the Council of Conservative Citizens, an SPLC-designated white nationalist group. The group made headlines in 2015 after an online manifesto linked to white supremacist Dylann Roof referenced the organization; Roof opened fire at a historically black church in South Carolina, killing nine people. Facebook’s auto-generated Page for the Council of Conservative Citizens included a description of the group’s white supremacist affiliations, complete with a direct link to their website.

Facebook’s role creating Pages for organizations like these undermines claims by the company that it bars hate groups.

“Our rules have always been clear that white supremacists are not allowed on our platform under any circumstances,” said Neil Potts, Facebook public policy director

The TTP review highlights flaws in Facebook’s content moderation system, which relies heavily on artificial intelligence (AI) and Facebook users to report problematic content to human moderators for review.

Relying on users to identify objectionable material doesn’t work well when the platform is designed to connect users with shared ideologies, experts have noted, since white supremacists are unlikely to object to racist content they see on Facebook. “A lot of Facebook’s moderation revolves around users flagging content. When you have this kind of vetting process, you don’t run the risk of getting thrown off Facebook,” according to SPLC research analyst Keegan Hankes.

Artificial intelligence, which Facebook has touted for years as the solution to identifying and removing bad content, also has limitations when it comes to hate speech.

AI can miss deliberate misspellings; manipulation of words to include numbers, symbols, and emojis; and missing spaces in sentences. Neo-Nazis, for example, have managed to avoid detection through simple measures like replacing “S” with “$.”

At the same time, Facebook’s algorithms can create an echo chamber of white supremacism through its “Related Pages” feature, which suggests similar Pages to keep users engaged on a certain topic.

TTP’s investigation found that among the 113 hate groups that had a Facebook presence, 77 of them had Pages that displayed Related Pages, often pointing people to other extremist or right-wing content. In some cases, the Related Pages directed users to additional SPLC- or ADL-designated hate groups.

For example, TTP found that the user-generated Page for Nazi Low Riders, an ADL-listed hate group, showed Related Pages for other groups associated with white supremacy. The top recommendation was another user-generated Page called “Aryanbrotherhood.” (By omitting the space between the two words, the Page may have been trying to evade Facebook’s AI systems, as discussed above.) The Aryan Brotherhood is “the oldest and most notorious racist prison gang in the United States,” according to ADL.

The Aryanbrotherhood Facebook Page in turn displayed Related Pages for more white supremacist ideologies, some of them making reference to “peckerwoods,” a term associated with racist prison and street gangs.

The Related Pages listed on the user-generated Page of American Freedom Union, an SPLC designated white nationalist group, included a link to a Page for the book “White Identity: Racial Consciousness in the 21st Century.” The book was authored by Jared Taylor, who runs the website for American Renaissance, another SPLC-designated white nationalist group.

Facebook’s algorithms even pick up on links between organizations that may not be obvious to others. For example, the auto-generated Page for Sacto Skins, a short form of the SPLCdesignated racist hate group Sacto Skinheads, included a Related Page recommendation for Embassy of Russia in the United States. A recent investigation by The New York Times found that Russian intelligence services are using Facebook and other social media to try to incite white supremacists ahead of the 2020 election.

This web of white supremacist Pages surfaced by Facebook’s algorithms is not new. The nonprofit Counter Extremism Project, in a 2018 report about far-right groups on Facebook, identified multiple white supremacist and far-right Pages by following the Related Pages feature.

Banned Groups Persist

Facebook’s Community Standards have included rules against hate speech for years, but in the past three years the company has expanded its efforts.

One significant change came quietly in 2017, following mounting reports about white supremacist activity on Facebook. The company didn’t publicly announce a policy change, but the Internet Archive shows that in mid-July, it added “organized hate groups” to the “Dangerous Organizations” section of its Community Standards. The company did not, however, specify how it would define such hate groups.

Despite the policy update, Facebook didn’t immediately take down an event page for the “Unite the Right” rally, which SPLC had tied to neo-Nazis. According to one media report, Facebook only pulled the listing the day before the rally, in which one woman was killed and more than a dozen others injured when a white supremacist drove into a crowd of counter-protestors in Charlottesville.

Amid the ensuing public outcry, Facebook announced removals of a number of hate groups including White Nationalists United and Right Wing Death Squad.

Facebook scrambled again in early 2019 following the Christchurch attack, in which a gunman used Facebook to stream the massacre of 51 people at a pair of mosques in New Zealand. As the killings made headlines around the world, the company said it would ban “white nationalist” content along with the previously banned category of white supremacism. Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg also said a handful of hate groups in Australia and New Zealand would be banned.

Two months after the New Zealand attack, however, BuzzFeed News found that extremist groups Facebook claimed to have banned were still on the platform. Later that year, The Guardian identified multiple white nationalist Pages on Facebook but said the company “declined to take action against any of the pages identified.” Online extremism expert Megan Squire told BuzzFeed, “Facebook likes to make a PR move and say that they’re doing something but they don’t always follow up on that.”
Research suggests there continues to be a gap between Facebook’s public relations responses and the company’s enforcement of its own policies. A recent report by TTP found that videos of the Christchurch attack continued to circulate on the platform a year later, despite Facebook’s vow to remove them.

Since 2017, Facebook announced removals of at least 14 white supremacist and white nationalist groups in the U.S. and Canada, according to media reports. (Only one of these groups, Vanguard America, is included in the TTP’s review of 221 white supremacist groups named by the SPLC and ADL.) Of the 14 groups, four continue to have an active presence on Facebook: Awakening Red Pill, Wolves of Odin, Right Wing Death Squad, and Physical Removal.

TTP identified three user-generated Pages for Right Wing Death Squad that are currently active on Facebook. All three Pages identified by TTP were created before the Unite the Right rally and were never removed by Facebook.

The Right Wing Death Squad Pages include extremist language as well as references to the “boogaloo,” the term used by extremists to reference a coming civil war. Some of the Right Wing Death Squad Pages brand themselves as anti-globalist, a term often considered a dog whistle for anti-Semitism.

In March 2020, Facebook announced the removal of a network of white supremacists linked to the Northwest Front, an SPLC-designated hate group that has been called “the worst racists” in America.42 Facebook’s director of counterterrorism Brian Fishman said the action came after the group, which had been banned for years, tried to “reestablish a presence” on the platform. TTP, however, found that the auto-generated Page for Northwest Front was not removed and that searches for the group’s name on Facebook still fail to trigger the company’s re-direct effort to Life After Hate.

Facebook also said it removed a network of accounts linked to VDARE, an SPLC-designated white nationalist group, and individuals associated with a similar website called The Unz Review, in April 2020.

Facebook said the group had engaged in “suspected coordinated inauthentic behavior ahead of the 2020 election,” and described VDARE’s anti-immigrant focus without mentioning its link to white nationalism. According to Facebook, the network spent a total of $114,000 on advertising through the platform.

As with the action against the Northwest Front, Facebook failed to remove the auto-generated VDARE Page. Clicking on the Page’s link to the VDARE website generates a notice that states, “The link you tried to visit goes against our Community Standards.” Still, it is unclear why Facebook allows the auto-generated Page to stay up when it acknowledges the group violates its Community Standards.

Failing to Direct Away from Hate

As part of Facebook’s expanded efforts to combat white supremacy on the platform following the Christchurch attack, the company said in March 2019 that it would re-direct users who search for terms related to hate.

“Searches for terms associated with white supremacy will surface a link to Life After Hate’s Page, where people can find support in the form of education, interventions, academic research and outreach,” the company announced.49

TTP found that not only did Facebook’s anti-hate link fail to surface in the majority of hate group searches, but in some cases, the platform directed users to other white supremacist Pages.

TTP conducted a search for each of the 221 hate groups associated with white supremacy and white nationalism listed by SPLC and ADL. Only 6% of the searches (14 groups) surfaced the link to Life After Hate.
One factor may be that not all of the hate groups listed by SPLC and ADL make their ideologies obvious in their names. But even organizations that have “Nazi” or “Ku Klux Klan” in their names escaped the redirect effort. Of 25 groups with “Ku Klux Klan” in their official name, only one triggered the link to anti-hate resources.

The redirect tool even failed to work on groups that Facebook has explicitly banned. TTP used Facebook’s search function to search the names of the 14 white supremacist groups in North America that Facebook said it had banned. The Proud Boys were the only one of the groups to trigger the platform’s Life After Hate link.

Facebook began removing accounts and pages linked to the far-right Proud Boys in October 2018 after members of the group clashed with anti-fascist protestors. Searches for the group today generate Facebook’s Life After Hate link, and TTP did not find any official Proud Boys Pages on the platform.

But the Facebook search for Proud Boys did bring up a Page for “Proud to be a White American,” which describes itself as being for “The promotion of white initiatives and white causes.” (Notably, the “Proud to be a White American” Page is listed above a Page called “Proud Boys” that does not appear to be affiliated with the far-right group.)

In March 2020, Facebook announced the removal of a network of white supremacists linked to the Northwest Front, an SPLC-designated hate group that has been called “the worst racists” in America. Facebook’s director of counterterrorism Brian Fishman said the action came after the group, which had been banned for years, tried to “reestablish a presence” on the platform. TTP, however, found that the auto-generated Page for Northwest Front was not removed and that searches for the group’s name on Facebook still fail to trigger the company’s re-direct effort to Life After Hate.

Facebook also said it removed a network of accounts linked to the VDARE, an SPLC-designated white nationalist group, and individuals associated with a similar website called The Unz Review, in April 2020.

“Searches for terms associated with white supremacy will surface a link to Life After Hate’s Page, where people can find support in the form of education, interventions, academic research and outreach,” the company announced.

Note: Updated to reflect that Facebook took down some of the Pages identified by TTP following publication of this report.

Take a Stand Against Anti-LGBTQ Discrimination in Virginia! — American Atheists

The Virginia Values Act is currently on the desk of Governor Ralph Northam. This landmark bill would say once and for all that discrimination against LGBTQ Virginians is wrong.

Take a Stand Against Anti-LGBTQ Discrimination in Virginia! — American Atheists

GET IT RIGHT, WE ARE NOT PERSECUTING CHRISTIANS

To start? This is NOT directed to all those True Christians out there who actualy practice and live their Lord and Saviors commandments. Especially? The second part of his greatest commandment and the bibles commands against hate, non-judgment, forgiving your enemies, treating all others as you would want them to treat you, and sowing good things.

I know there are a whole lot more of you True Christians out there than there are the ones who have hijacked your Christianity and preach and do everything opposite of what your Jesus ever commanded you to do. Yes, whether you believe it or not? We atheists? Have no problem with True Christians. We like you actually. You are really good and decent people. You do in fact? A lot to make the world a better place and do a whole lot helping others.

So PLEASE understand? This is against your Fake Christians ok? Again? I have no beef with you True Christian, I honestly and really do not. And yeah, I GET PISSED over THE FAKE CHRISTIANS I keep reporting on in this blog.

YES, I believe ANYONE who rapes a child? Should in fact? Get the death penalty. If we use that punishment? Then it should be for the most deserving of all scumbag criminals on our planet, those who harm innocent and basically defenseless infants, toddlers, children and teens. I do not care what you religion you claim to abide by, I do not care whether you are rich or poor, I do not care if you are a proclaimed saint or sinner. YOU harm a child? YOU should have your life taken from you. There should be absolutely NO MERCY to those who harm children.

Even still? It should be an automatic death penalty punishment if your victim? Is under the age of consent in the state they commit their crime in, and especially? If your victim is under the age of 10, or if you have more than one victim, or if your victim or victims? Are truly defenseless as in handicapped, like the deaf/mute children that were being brutally raped at the Antonio Provolo Institutes in Italy and Argentina.

But? This applies even more to those who DARE call themselves Christian priests or pastors, or Jewish rabbis, or Muslim clerics. They not only rape the bodies of their victims, they rape the mind, soul and heart too. This is even more evil in the scale of things if you actually listen and pay attention to the victims and survivors of this.

AGAIN, THIS IS NOT DEMANDING ANY HARM TO ANY TRUE CHRISTIAN, THIS IS AGAINST THOSE FAKE CHRISTIANS WHO HAVE NO RIGHT TO CALL THEMSELVES CHRISTIANS IN THE FIRST PLACE. AND THEY ARE NOT CHRISTIANS IN ANY SENSE OF THE MEANING.

And PLEASE UNDERSTAND, I find ALL pedophile and rape crimes EVIL. The harm done to the victims is uncalculable.

What I am saying here is? Again? These religious people who do these things? Should in fact? Pay the ultimate price with a death penalty punishment, given to them under a legal system with a court of law, a judge and jury to make that decision. NO PEDOPHILE especially? Should EVER get a slap on the wrist, but at the very least? ALL Pedophile justly convicted in a court of law? Should receive LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE TO NEVER BE RELEASED UPON SOCIETY AGAIN.

NOT 15 YEARS FOR BRUTALLY RAPING A 9 YEAR OLD GIRL ON HER FATHERS GRAVE, OR 5 YEARS FOR RAPING DEAF/MUTE CHILDREN, OR EVEN? NO TIME AT ALL. EITHER BECAUSE THEY HID BEHIND THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS TO GET AWAY WITH THEIR CRIMES, OR THEY WERE CONSIDERED TOO OLD, TOO FRAIL ETC TO BE SENT TO PRISON, OR THEY “REPENTED” ENOUGH NOT TO BE. PEDOPHILES? ARE THE DISGUSTING PART OF OUR HUMAN SOCIETY? WHOM NEVER CHANGES. THEY NEVER STOP AND THE ONLY WAY TO PROTECT SOCIETY FROM THE HARM THEY CAUSE? IS EITHER PUT THEM TO DEATH IN OUR PRISONS, OR LOCK THEM UP AND THROW AWAY THE KEY AND NEVER ALLOW THEM TO WALK OUR STREETS EVER AGAIN.

AND YES, THERE SHOULD BE A DISTINCTION WITH AN 18 YR OLD BOY BEING WITH HIS GIRLFRIEND IF SHE IS 17, OR EVEN 16. THAT IS NOT PEDOPHILE CRIMES NOR ANY KIND OF APPLICABLE CRIME. I AM TALKING ABOUT ADULTS, ESPECIALLY THOSE “RELIGIOUS” ADULTS WHO DO THIS.

MY WORDS ARE NOT HATE AGAINST TRUE CHRISTIAN, NO TRUE CHRISTIAN I KNOW? WOULD EVER DO THIS TO A CHILD, NO TRUE CHRISTIAN I KNOW? WOULD EVER ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN TO A CHILD. NO TRUE CHRISTIAN I KNOW? WOULD EVER STAND UP AND DEFEND THESE SCUMBAGS WHO DO THIS TO YOUR OWN CHILDREN. YOU KNOW THIS IS GOING ON AND MANY OF YOU? ARE DOING ALL YOU CAN TO MAKE SURE THIS STOPS. BUT THERE ARE STILL MANY OF THESE SCUMBAGS IN YOUR CHURCHES WHO ARE DOING THIS AND THEY MUST BE FOUND AND REMOVED AT ALL COSTS. I APPRECIATE AND SO DO MANY OTHERS, THE PROGRESS YOU TRUE CHRISTIANS HAVE DONE IN DEALING WITH THIS, BUT MUCH MORE MUST BE DONE.

I SAY THIS AGAINST YOUR FAKE CHRISTIANS, THOSE WHO INVADED YOUR CHURCHES, PROCLAIMING THEMSELVES PRIESTS AND PASTORS OF YOUR GOD, A FOLLOWER OF YOUR JESUS AND A TEACHER OF YOU ALL, WHILE THEY RAPED, AND TORTURED, AND BRUTALIZED YOUR CHILDREN YOU ENTRUSTED THEM TO. I AM TALKING ABOUT THE SCUMBAGS WHO HAVE CAUSE SO MUCH HARM TO YOUR CHILDREN. I AM SPEAKING FOR THOSE VOICES IN THE GRAVE, REFUSING TO ALLOW THEM TO REMAIN SILENT, THOSE VICTIMS WHO TOOK THEIR LIVES OVER THIS. AND I AM SPEAKING FOR EACH AND EVERY VICTIM AND SURVIVOR WHO WAS DENIED JUSTICE, ATTACKED BY ANYONE FOR THE CRIMES COMMITTED AGAINST THEM, INSULTED OR DENIGRATED OR DEFAMED ON THIS.

I’M TALKING ABOUT THE LEADERS, THE SCUMBAGS OF ALL YOUR DENOMINATIONS, WHO CARED MORE ABOUT THE REPUTATION OF THEIR VARIOUS CHURCHES AND ORGANIZATIONS THAN THEY DID ABOUT HELPING PUT A STOP TO THIS, AND PROTECTING AND DEFENDING THE VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS. AND I AM TALKING ABOUT THE LEADERS WHO MOVED THESE DANGEROUS AND DAMAGING PEDOPHILE FAKE CHRISTIAN PRIESTS AND PASTORS AROUND LIKE KIDS IN A CANDY STORE AND HID THE FACTS OF WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND MORE OF YOUR CHILDREN GOT RAPED AND BRUTALIZED BECAUSE OF IT.

THESE ARE THE PEOPLE, AS WELL AS THE ONES? WHO USE YOUR CHRISTIANITY TO SPREAD HATE AND DEATH, BIGOTRY AND MISOGYNY AND PATHOLOGICAL LIES AGAINST OTHERS. WHO THEN PROCLAIM HOW ALL CHRISTIANS ARE UNDER ATTACK. NO, GET THIS RIGHT. WE AGAIN? HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH TRUE CHRISTIANS. WE ARE NOT ATTACKING YOU. WE ACTUALLY? LOVE YA DAMMIT. WE ARE ATTACKING YOUR FAKE CHRISTIANS WHO SPREAD FAKE CHRISTIANITY IN THE NAME OF YOUR GOD, THE NAME OF YOUR JESUS THE NAME OF YOUR BIBLE AND THE NAME OF CHRISTIANITY.

THESE PEOPLE WHO ARE NOT CHRISTIANS, NOT TRUE CHRISTIANS, MUST BE STOOD UP TO JUST LIKE THOSE MUSLIM TALIBANS, OR ANY OTHER FASCIST RELIGIOUS PEOPLE SEEKING TO HARM OTHERS, DUE TO THEIR PSYCHOTIC INTERPRETATIONS OF YOUR BIBLE, AND THEN USE THAT TO HARM OTHERS.

TRUE CHRISTIANS? DO NOT HARM OTHERS, THEREFORE? WE HAVE NO REASON TO STAND UP OR DO ANYTHING TO YOU TRUE CHRISTIANS, GET THAT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS. THERE IS NO WAR ON CHRISTIANS, THERE IS NO WAR AGAINST YOUR RELIGION, THERE ARE JUST PEOPLE WHO ARE SICK AND DAMN TIRED OF YOUR HATEFUL ASSHOLE FAKE CHRISTIANS AND THOSE ARE THE ONES WE ARE STANDING UP TO. AND WE HAVE EVERY DAMN RIGHT TO DO SO AND YES, USE YOUR VERY BIBLE AND THE WORDS OF THAT? TO SHOVE BACK INTO THEIR FACES AND DEMAND? AS THEY SOW? SO SHOULD THEY REAP AND AS THEY WANT TO DO TO THOSE THEY SPREAD HATE AND DEATH AGAINST? THEY SHOULD HAVE THE SAME DONE UNTO THEM.

THIS IS NOT PERSECUTING THEM FOR BEING CHRISTIANS EITHER, THEY HAVE FAR PROVEN? THEY ARE NOT CHRISTIANS. SO HOW CAN WE BE PERSECUTING CHRISTIANS, IF THE PEOPLE WE ARE STANDING UP TO? ARE NOT CHRISTIANS IN THE FIRST PLACE??? EVEN YOU TRUE CHRISTIANS AGREE? THESE ARE NOT CHRISTIANS, SO EVEN YOU AGREE WE ARE NOT PERSECUTING YOU CHRISTIANS. SO STOP ACTING LIKE WE ATHEISTS, OR LGBTS, OR PAGANS OR NATIVE AMERICANS, OR OTHERS, THESE SCUMBAG HATEFUL FAKE CHRISTIANS DO PERSECUTE WHEN WE STAND UP TO THEM.

ONE MORE TIME, TO ALL YOU TRUE CHRISTIANS, GET IT THROUGH YOUR THICK SKULLS. I KNOW MANY ATHEISTS, MANY LGBTS, MANY PAGANS, MANY NATIVE AMERICANS, WHO LOVE YA. WE APPRECIATE YOU GOOD AND TRUE CHRISTIANS. WE HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS WITH YOU. YOU ARE IN FACT? DAMN GREAT HUMANS. YOU LIVE BY LOVE, THAT IS FUCKING AWESOME AND BEAUTIFUL THING TO BRING TO A WORLD FILLED WITH HATE AND ANGER AND WAR AND ALL KINDS OF EVIL. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE YOU.

WE WANT TO STOP AND GET RID OF ALL YOUR FAKE CHRISTIANS, NOT YOU. WE WANT TO STOP THOSE WHO USE YOUR BEAUTIFUL TEACHINGS OF LOVING OTHERS, HELPING OTHERS, ETC FROM CAUSING HATE AND HARM TO OTHERS.

UNDERSTAND THAT PLEASE. AND? HELP US PUT A STOP TO THIS SHIT PLEASE!!!!

Why am I doing this? By now if you have gone to some of the links I have posted in my blog to other blogs I have done? Like Voices From the Grave: Suicide Victims of the Roman Catholic Church? Then you would know who I am.

As a fighter for victims of rape and pedophilia FOR OVER 14 YEARS NOW, and a survivor of such a brutal crime, by disgusting Christians? I actually met a victim from the Bob Jones University. She had contacted me after she talked to another advocate for people who were raped or had pedo crimes committed against them by Christians and runs her own blog.

This woman had come under viscious, vile attacks by this Psycho Sally and her Bob Jones University Pedophile and Rape Defending Crew. I will not get into those details, all one has to do is go to this Trailer Park Trash Troglodyte for Bob Jones University Pedophiles and Rapists and read some of their shit and you will see? The stories of the victims who were either raped at Bob Jones University or by their various pastors of their Bob Jones lines of Fundie Churches, and trust me, they are BAD? Is proven right by this disgusting blog attacking a victim and most of all?

A BRAVE SURVIVOR OF SOME HORRORS DONE TO HER BY A PASTOR OF BOB JONES UNIVERSITY WOULD MAKE YOU PUKE.

SUFFICE IT TO SAY MY LAST TIME I REALLY GOT TO TALK TO HER? SHE WAS ONCE AGAIN? UNITED WITH HER REAL BIRTH FAMILY WHO HAD BEEN LOOKING FOR HER FOR A LONG TIME AND SHE ACTUALLY? HAD A SMILE ON HER FACE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME.

I LOVE THAT SURVIVOR LIKE I LOVE ALL THE VICTIMS AND SURVIVORS I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH IN MY LONG YEARS OF DOING THIS. AND I WILL ALWAYS STAND FOR HER. HER BRAVERY AND COURAGE IN THE FACE OF THE DISGUSTING, VILE AND EVIL THINGS THESE SCUM FROM THE BOB JONES UNIVERSITY PSYCHOTIC DEFENDERS OF THEIR RAPISTS AND PEDOPHILES? SHE SAID TO ME TIME AND TIME AGAIN THAT I HELPED HER SO MUCH, BUT IN RETURN? SHE HELPED ME AND OTHERS BY HER COURAGE AND BRAVERY FOR US TO KEEP FIGHTING AND EXPOSING THIS AND STANDING UP TO IT AND DEMANDING JUSTICE FOR ALL THESE CRIMES AGAINST ALL OF US.

AND? THESE ACTIONS OF PSYCHO SALLY AND HER BOB JONES UNIVERSITY RAPE AND PEDOPHILE DEFENDING CREW? SHOULD BE CONDEMNED BY ALL TRUE CHRISTIANS AND ALL DECENT AND RIGHT THINKING AND MORAL HUMAN BEINGS IN THE WORLD.

AND THERE ARE MORE OF US GOOD PEOPLE, EVEN US ATHEISTS, THAN THERE ARE OF THESE KINDS OF SCUMBAG SHITSTAINS ON THE UNDERWEAR OF HUMANITY LIKE PSYCHO SALLY.

Once again? The WhoIs data for this disgusting, psychotic shitstain on the underwear of humanity? Psycho Sally’s blog defending the Bob Jones University Pedophiles and attacking the victims and supporters of the Bob Jones University Pedophile Crew.

This is the WhoIs information for this disgusting shitstains blog.

There is a cure for Pedophiles and Rapists. For how much should we put to death Christian pastors and preachers and priests who brutally rape children, mind, body and even soul, and then? Destroy those victims using their Christian theology to do so. If Fundamentalist and Evangelical Christians Pastors are out there using Leviticus to demand the death penalty for homosexuals? Then we should have a right to demand a death penalty punishment for ALL Christian priests and pastors who either rape children or adults. There should be absolutely NO MERCY for them because they showed NO MERCY for their victims. Especially? Their victims who were children.

Rape victims ‘hopeless’ after Bob Jones University response

The conservative Christian school responds to blistering report on how it told rape victims to repent
By Claire Gordon
http://america.aljazeera.com/watch/shows/america-tonight/articles/2015/3/30/bob-jones-university-sexual-abuse.html

Thousands of people watched in the campus chapel, and countless more tuned in to a live Web feed earlier this month as Bob Jones University President Steve Pettit addressed the school’s handling of sexual assault reports.

Like many of those with ties to BJU, a private school in Greenville, South Carolina, nicknamed the “fortress of faith,” Julia had been waiting decades for this moment.

After watching the video for just a few minutes, she vomited.

“I couldn’t stop throwing up,” said Julia (not her real name), who agreed to speak on the condition of anonymity so as not to be linked to her alleged rapist. “It shocked me. There was nothing in me that prepared me for the response that came.”

To those who abuse. The crime is yours, the "sin" is yours and the shame is yours. To those who protect the perpetrators: Blaming the victims only masks the evil within. Making YOU just as guilty as those who abuse.

STAND UP FOR THE INNOCENT, OR GO DOWN WITH THE REST
To those who abuse. The crime is yours, the “sin” is yours and the shame is yours. To those who protect the perpetrators: Blaming the victims only masks the evil within. Making YOU just as guilty as those who abuse.
STAND UP FOR THE INNOCENT, OR GO DOWN WITH THE REST
Three months before Pettit’s speech, Godly Response to Abuse in the Christian Environment (GRACE), an independent Christian organization, released the results of a nearly two-year investigation, detailing how the  school — over four decades — heaped shame on rape victims, urged them not to go to the police and even counseled them to repent for their own abuse.
BJU leaders commissioned the report voluntarily after a scandal about one of the school’s trustees allegedly making a teen rape victim confess her “sin” before his church’s congregation.

The probe was unprecedented in the world of higher education and sharply divided the wider school community, which stretches to churches around the country and ministries around the world. BJU’s response was considered less of a test for colleges on the issue of sexual violence and more of a test for American Christianity’s most conservative wing.

In its response, the school doubled down on the biblical counseling that many victims found so devastating. Two sexual assault victims on the task force that drafted the report’s recommendations later wrote an open letter to Bob Jones, saying their “hope was shattered by BJU’s official response.”

According to a current student, many faculty members are extremely upset — although they can’t express it publicly for fear of losing their jobs.

There were a few firm reforms. Incoming students and faculty members now receive an hour of abuse awareness training, and all BJU employees are designated as mandatory reporters of child abuse.

The school says there will be further changes, including a review of its student culture, which many graduates say is so oppressively rule-focused that you are afraid to admit a problem at all for fear of being seen as a failed Christian.

Moral or medical problem?

Many sexual assault victims pinpoint Bob Jones’ philosophy of biblical counseling as the greatest source of harm. In BJU’s brand of pastoral care, all mental issues — such as ADHD, depression and trauma — are considered spiritual fights with God. The result: Abuse victims whose issues weren’t resolved through prayer or religious study were told they were sinning and needed to repent.

Julia said she never told her counselor, Jim Berg, then the dean of students, about the abuse she experienced as a child years before she arrived on campus. Instead, she sought help for an eating disorder.

She says he labeled her struggle “a lifestyle of sin,” and she graduated thinking “God has spit me out,” she said. When a BJU ministry student raped her several months later, she believed he was “the tool that God used to punish me.”

Sarah, a recent graduate and abuse victim, who also asked to remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation, said her Bob Jones counselor told her, “You know that the nightmares are your own fault, because you’re choosing to replay pornographic thoughts in your mind.”

“I would say that the impact of the two years of counseling I had with her is that I felt like I had been raped all over again,” Sarah said. ‘Look at me and tell me I’m not to blame. Tell me it wasn’t sin in my life. Tell me that and tell me you understand that and tell me you’re sorry for that.’

Katie Landry former BJU student

GRACE urged Bob Jones to strike these teachings from sermons and curricula, bar certain individuals from counseling and outsource the counseling of abuse victims to licensed trauma professionals. None of the counselors at Bob Jones are licensed.

But BJU hasn’t done any of that.

Proof to me? That Bob Jones University President Steve Pettit? Speaks out of his anus.

“God’s inerrant and authoritative word is completely sufficient to address any problem believers face in their spiritual life,” Pettit stated in his address. “We are and will continue to be totally committed to a philosophy of biblical counseling at BJU.”

“I feel Bob Jones has gone decades backwards, not forwards,” Sarah said. “They are reinforcing the very policies and counseling standards that caused the damage.”

The university did not respond to repeated requests for comment.

But BJU Vice President Marshall Franklin has been in regular touch with several sexual abuse victims who attended the school. Julia said he explained to her that BJU couldn’t budge on issues of doctrine and that it had a fundamentalist constituency to serve.

BJU’s hard-line spiritual approach to counseling has become increasingly controversial in the university’s ranks.

“I literally shook. I was so upset by the things he was teaching,” said one recent BJU graduate about her counseling class. She said she has a family member who struggles with psychological issues and asked to remain anonymous because she’s still in good standing with the university.

“The secular is bad at seeing everything as a medical issue and not a moral issue,” she continued. “But just because the world is wrong doesn’t mean we can go to the opposite extreme and call it right.”

Katie Landry
Katie Landry at her childhood home in rural Ohio.

While Pettit’s pronouncements seemed unmovable, the school’s more detailed response, posted on its website, offered an inch.

“We recognize there currently may be limits to our ability to deal with certain aspects of trauma present in some cases of sexual abuse/assault,” it reads, adding that students have the option of pursuing help off campus.

For Katie Landry, it’s an unconvincing concession. She dropped out of BJU in 2004 after she says Berg told her to “find the sin in your life that caused your rape.”
“Look at me and tell me I’m not to blame,” she said of Pettit’s speech. “Tell me it wasn’t sin in my life. Tell me that and tell me you understand that, and tell me you’re sorry for that.”

In an example of how the investigation has divided the wider fundamentalist community, Landry’s mother, father, sister and brother-in-law left the Ohio church they attended for 17 years, after the pastor allegedly refused to even read the GRACE report.

Policies and people

Bob Jones University
An ad for Bob Jones University in Christian Life magazine, May 1968.
A campus culture that GRACE described as “showcase Christianity,” coupled with militaristic discipline, has been a suffocating one for many Bob Jones students, especially those grappling with the aftershocks of abuse.
“People ask you questions, like, ‘You seem exceptionally sad.’ ‘Why are you sleeping so much?’ ‘You cry out in the middle of the night because you’re having nightmares, what’s wrong with you?'” said one former BJU student who was a faculty member for more than a decade in the 1980s and ’90s and asked not to be identified because she has family and friends associated with BJU. “Girls got turned in because somebody noticed a symptom of trauma, and then, of course, they got routed up to Mr. Berg.”

Lydia, who asked to be identified by only her first name, was raped as a freshman over the 2008 winter break at Bob Jones. She sought help and was directed Berg, who sent her to meet with a dorm counselor, a BJU graduate student. The counselor told “America Tonight” that there was no confidentiality; she was told to keep the higher-ups in the loop. Within a couple months, Lydia was expelled in the middle of the night with no explanation.

She believes she had become an irritation to the school administration.

“It should have been expected that I would feel stressed out and trapped and alone and emotional about it,” Lydia told “America Tonight” in 2013. “And they sent me back to the place with the person who attacked me, to be alone all day.”  ‘I believe in my heart that we have always loved our students, but we have not always disciplined with love.’

Steve Pettit president, BJU

“A part of our culture placed too much emphasis on policies and not enough emphasis on people,” said Pettit in his address. “I believe in my heart that we have always loved our students, but we have not always disciplined with love.”

This culture has been changing slowly for a decade, propelled by the Internet, which exposed students to ideas outside the fundamentalist worldview. The campus handbook is still anchored in the 1950s, with an emphasis on obedience, alongside rules about handholding (banned if you’re unmarried) and music (no rock, jazz or hip-hop beats). But at a recent talent show, students performed the soft rock song “Ocean (Where Feet May Fail)” by the Christian band Hillsong United, and it was extremely well received.

A rat-out culture used to be encouraged on campus, but now snitches are a minority, according to a current student. In the last few years, student movements like Do Right BJU have sprung up, advocating for change and openness.

And on a campus where individuals have long been hesitant to speak up, a student petition declaring their empathy for victims of abuse garnered 392 signatures in the lead-up to Bob Jones’ response.
In a powerful sign of the changing times, the administration embraced the petition, with Pettit praising it on the chapel stage.

Overall, though, the university president’s language was carefully hedged, clearly geared to the Bob Jones loyalists who have felt scorched by the GRACE report and the national attention it has received.

“I wanted substance, and I felt like I walked away with mist,” said Ryan Ferguson, a popular Greenville pastor and former BJU student. “What would have happened if someone had sat down and said, ‘Case No. 5074, we wronged you. Case no. 5045, we wronged you.’ What would have happened in our town? To the faith community?”

But he said he was impressed that when he reached out to Pettit’s office, the president agreed to meet him in person.

According to some of the victims who poured their heartache into the GRACE investigation, however, the school’s response felt like just another insult. And this time they felt they had exhausted all recourse. Many used the word “hopeless.”

“I feel like we were pawns in a game I don’t understand,” Julia said.

Do Not Use Your Rock to Cause Harm to Others

I am an atheist, but? I am also? A Humanist. I want to share what I use as an analogy for beliefs in a god and following a religion and non belief in a god and not a follower of a religion. This is not attempting to insult believers, but I believe it is a great analogy to use.

I use the analogy that all religions and religious beliefs to a rock. YOU want to worship a rock (ie god and no I am not trying to be insulting on this to you) then fine. Worship your rock. Love your rock, live by the rules of your rock. But? Do not take your rock? And smash someones face in with you rock because that person does not believe in your rock, believes in a different rock than you do, or no rock at all. Do not use your rock to harm any other human being.

Those of whom you use your rock to harm? Have every right to defend themselves against you using your rock to cause them harm. Just like you have a right to defend yourselves against someone who is TRULY using their rock to cause you harm. What I mean by this is? You cannot hypocritically claim that someone is truly using their rock to harm you? If you are in fact? Using your rock to persecute them first. Then claim because they are standing up to you? They are then using their rocks to cause you harm.

History has shown? People have used their rocks to cause other people great harm. This? Has to stop. Especially when the rock believer? Tells us their rock is based on love, peace, non-judgment etc. Live your rock, yes, live the teachings of your rock on love, peace, non-judgment, etc, because who knows? If you truly live the teachings of love of your rock? You might change the world and make it a much more beautiful place to live, which we all desperately need right now with all the shit that is going on in the world right now.

People who have their rocks? Have to stop using their rocks to cause harm to their fellow human beings.

This? Is what the essence of being a Humanist is all about. Loving all people, no matter what rock they believe in, or not believe in. I do try, but some of you rock believers? Make it damn hard to do so.

The Apostles who went on the First Crusade — FromRome.Info

This assclown Roman Catholic says that what his fellow Roman Catholic butchers did during their First Crusade? Was their military forces for a work of mercy, to restore the order of justice, the rights of the Christian faith, the mercy to persecuted Christians.

THIS ASSCLOWN ROMAN CATHOLIC PRAISES HIS HISTORICAL ROMAN CATHOLICS AND THEIR MASS SLAUGHTER, THEIR CANNIBALISATION OF PEOPLE, THEIR BUTCHERY OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN.

REALLY? APARENTLY THIS ASSHOLE CHRISTOFASCIST TALBAN CATHOLIC? APPROVES OF BUTCHERY AND MURDER AND CANNIBALISM HUH?

NOW? LET’S TAKE A REAL LOOK AT WHAT THESE SCUMBAG CHRISTOSHITSTAINS ON THE UNDERWEAR OF HUMANITY ACTUALLY DID IN THEIR BRUTAL BUTCHERY OF THEIR CRUSADES TO JERUSALEM SHALL WE?

The Siege of Jerusalem took place from June 7 to July 15, 1099, during the First Crusade. The climax of the First Crusade, the successful siege saw the Crusaders take Jerusalem from the Fatimid Caliphate and laid the foundations for the Kingdom of Jerusalem.

The siege is notable for the mass slaughter of Muslims and Jews perpetrated by the Christian crusaders, which contemporaneous sources suggest was savage and widespread

On 7 June, the crusaders reached Jerusalem, which had been recaptured from the Seljuqs by the Fatimids only the year before. Many Crusaders wept upon seeing the city they had journeyed so long to reach.[13] As with Antioch, the Crusaders put the city to a siege, in which the crusaders themselves probably suffered more than the citizens of the city, due to the lack of food and water around Jerusalem. The city was well-prepared for the siege, and the Fatimid governor Iftikhar ad-Daula had expelled most of the Christians. Of the estimated 5,000 knights who took part in the Princes’ Crusade, only about 1,500 remained, along with another 12,000 healthy foot-soldiers (out of perhaps as many as 30,000). Early in the siege, some low-class knights claimed to have been visited by Adhemar, the papal legate for the crusade, who recently died of typhus after the Siege of Antioch. They claimed that this would be similar to the Battle of Jericho, and that he instructed them to march around the city walls barefoot. They did so for a few days, singing holy chants. After this Peter the Hermit held religious sermons in the Valley of Jehoshaphat, in the Garden of Gethsemane, and on the Mount of Olives, sending the crusading knights lost into religious zeal. It was at this time that they were ready for a siege. Godfrey, Robert of Flanders, and Robert of Normandy (who had now also left Raymond to join Godfrey) besieged the north walls as far south as the Tower of David, while Raymond set up his camp on the western side, from the Tower of David to Mount Zion. A direct assault on the walls on June 13 was a failure. Without water or food, both men and animals were quickly dying of thirst and starvation and the crusaders knew time was not on their side. Coincidentally, soon after the first assault, two Genoese galleys[14] sailed into the port at Jaffa. The Crusaders also began to gather wood from Samaria in order to build siege engines. They were still short on food and water, and by the end of June there was news that a Fatimid army was marching north from Egypt.

Massacre

Atrocities committed against the inhabitants of cities taken by storm after a siege were normal in ancient and medieval warfare by both Christians and Muslims. The Crusaders had already done so at Antioch, and Fatimids had done so themselves at Taormina, at Rometta, and at Tyre. However, the massacre of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, both Muslims and Jews, may have exceeded even these standards. Historian Michael Hull has suggested this was a matter of deliberate policy rather than simple bloodlust, to remove the “contamination of pagan superstition” (quoting Fulcher of Chartres) and to reform Jerusalem as a strictly Christian city.

The Archbishop of Tyre, eye-witness, wrote: “It was impossible to look upon the vast numbers of the slain without horror; everywhere lay fragments of human bodies, and the very ground was covered with the blood of the slain. It was not alone the spectacle of headless bodies and mutilated limbs strewn in all directions that roused the horror of all who looked upon them. Still more dreadful was it to gaze upon the victors themselves, dripping with blood from head to foot, an ominous sight which brought terror to all who met them. It is reported that within the Temple enclosure alone about ten thousand infidels perished.”

Christian chronicler Eckehard of Aura noted that “even the following summer in all of palestine the air was polluted by the stench of decomposition”. One million victims of the first crusade alone.

Jerusalem conquered 7/15/1099 more than 60,000 victims (jewish, muslim, men, women, children).

(In the words of one witness: “there [in front of Solomon’s temple] was such a carnage that our people were wading ankle-deep in the blood of our foes”, and after that “happily and crying for joy our people marched to our Saviour’s tomb, to honour it and to pay off our debt of gratitude”)

Here the Christians “did no other harm to the women found in [the enemy’s] tents—save that they ran their lances through their bellies,” according to Christian chronicler Fulcher of Chartres.

Marra (Maraat an-numan) 12/11/98 thousands killed. Because of the subsequent famine “the already stinking corpses of the enemies were eaten by the Christians” said chronicler Albert Aquensis.

Coming Soon to Your Church: A Child Molester

Coming Soon to Your Church: A Child Molester
By Voyle A Glover

(Book excerpt from Protecting Your Church Against Sexual Predators by Kregel Publications).

In church after church around the world, reports have come to light about children being molested by someone in the place where they should feel safest. The Roman Catholic Church is reeling from staggering financial judgments in lawsuits filed by molestation victims. Most of these cases have come into the spotlight many years after the alleged sexual crimes occurred.

For decades, the Catholic Church quietly settled abuse cases out of court and shuffled pedophile priests to different parishes. Not until the early 1980s did the news media start digging into allegations that had surfaced in places such as New Orleans, Louisiana.1 In 1992, the Boston scandals began a nightmare of litigation for Roman Catholic diocese administrators in the United States. After more than a decade, the end of litigation is not yet in sight.

But the Roman Catholic Church is only the most visible defendant. Lawyers also have other church organizations in their sights. In some of the targeted churches, leaders have made the same mistakes that got the Roman Catholic bishops into so much trouble. Incidents were concealed. Law enforcement agencies were stonewalled. Safeguards were lacking. Misconduct was not subjected to church discipline.

Sexual misconduct toward children in the church is not new, but attitudes and perspectives about child molesters have changed and absolutely must change. Otherwise we will continue to cope with devastated lives, financial disaster, and member disillusionment. Church leaders had better take a long, hard look at this issue.

To begin with, let us look at some facts about these crimes:

1. The vast majority of child molesters are male.
2. Victims may be male or female.
3. Child molesters tend to work hard to win positions of trust. Authority, trust, and respect enable molesters to manipulate children, parents, and other leaders.
4. A child molester will create fear in the child, so that the child is afraid to tell anyone.
5. There are no “typical” child molesters. They may be of any age.
6. A child molester in the church looks for and tries to create opportunities to be alone with a child or children.
7. Prior to being caught, the typical child molester attacks thirteen children.
8. Child molesters often are married, may show evidence of
a strong Christian witness, and may be in positions of responsibility.
9. Child molesters often do not recognize that any harm has come to their victims. Frequently, there is more remorse from being caught than for injuries inflicted by the crime.
10. A child molester is very likely to return to criminal sexual behavior after release from prison.

FAQ: Why should I expect a child molester to come into my congregation?

ANSWER: Churches provide one of the best sources for children to be found. An atmosphere of trust and acceptance makes the church one of the easiest places for predators to find opportunities to attack victims.

Child Abuse Statistics on the Rise

Since the 1970s, child abuse is far more likely to be reported than it was before. In California, for example, the number of reports investigated rose from about 119,000 in 1976 to about 475,000 in 1988.5 A similar statistical increase occurred throughout the United States and Canada. In 1976, fewer than 6,000 incidents of a sexual nature involving children were reported to law enforcement and child welfare workers.

Once sexual abuse became more widely recognized and reporting was encouraged, the number of reports increased to 130,000 in 1986. The number tripled between 1980 and 1986 alone. Today, more than 300,000 child sexual abuse reports are investigated annually in the United States.6

So, whereas the church might have been forgiven for being caught unawares by pedophiles in the 1970s, there is no excuse today. Ample warning has been given. The church is a natural magnet for children. Pedophiles hunt children. Thus, it would be foolish to think that pedophile child molesters wouldn’t regard the church as a hunting ground. However, in an interview with Christianity Today, attorney Richard Hammar, an author and expert in legal aspects of church life, said, “Our research indicates that 70 percent of churches are doing absolutely nothing to screen volunteer youth workers.”7

Molesters May Assault Many

There are no “absolute” statistics on the number of children molested every day in the United States, Canada, or any other country. Despite the increased awareness of the problem, and the likelihood that a sexual incident will be reported, many still go unreported. In some nations, molestation is not discussed as freely as it is in North America. We can only trace numbers of complaints, investigations, arrests, convictions, and releases.8 Research on adults who were sexually abused as children suggests that the large majority of victims do not report their abuse at the time it occurs. Children often keep their history of abuse a secret because they fear their parents’ rejection, punishment, and blame.9

In a typical church environment, guilt and the potential stigma associated with abuse, coupled with the understanding of how homosexual acts are viewed by the church, often will silence an abused child, particularly if he or she is in or near the teenage years. Younger children are often sworn to secrecy with threats of violence or some vague, undefined “doom” that will occur. The real tragedy is that, while their little lips are sealed, so are their hearts.

Remember, the typical child molester does not wear a sign. And the victims are not clamoring to tell their stories of molestation. They are sitting in church with sad eyes, quiet, confused, and hurting.

The typical child molester has a string of prior victims and may or may not have been detected yet. He is calculating and cunning, waiting for opportunity. The only question is whether the particular church he has chosen (or that chose him) will afford him the opportunity he needs.

One attempt to estimate the number of victims in 1998 was published in the 2001 Annual Review of Sociology. For all kinds of violent crime in 1998, including sexual attacks, 87.9 of every thousand U.S. adolescents between the ages of twelve to fifteen became victims. A slightly higher rate of 96.2 of every thousand teens between the ages of sixteen and nineteen became victims.

For people in their twenties, the chance of becoming a victim of violent crime drops rapidly. At age sixty-five, only 4.4 of every thousand persons are victims. Ross Macmillan, who wrote the report, observed that the age variables apply to all the kinds of violent crime studied. Robberies and sexual assaults were ten times as likely among adolescents. Other assaults were twenty-three times more likely.10

Sixty-seven percent of all victims of sexual assault reported to law enforcement agencies were under the age of eighteen; 34 percent of all victims were under the age of twelve. One of every seven victims of sexual assault reported to law enforcement agencies was under the age of six.11

Population and Pornography Increase Sex Crimes

Several reasons might be suggested for actual increases in crime numbers, as opposed to increases due to better reporting and a greater willingness to talk about behavior that might be identified as sexual. Natural increases in population certainly play a part in crime statistics. Another factor that is increasingly being blamed is the easier availability of child and adult pornography on the Internet, which may come to the attention of people who have sexual proclivities that they might not have acted upon in the past. Assuming that Internet pornography will not become more controlled and less available, we can expect that the rate of sexual assaults, including child molestation, will continue to outpace population growth. This increases the chances that our communities and our churches have pedophiles or people with pedophiliac tendencies. In short, pedophiles are all around, and some are church members.

MILLIONS UPON MILLIONS OF PEOPLE? WATCH PORNO. AND THEY SURE THE HELL DO NOT TURN OUT TO BE PEDOPHILES. BLAMING PEOPLE WATCHING PORN FOR PEDOPHILIA? ESPECIALLY ADULT PORN? IS BULLSHIT.

FAQ: What does a child molester look like?

ANSWER: He looks like you, especially if you are a man.

• Pedophiliac child molesters are invariably male. Although there are some female molesters, they are few and their victims are typically males in their teens. The American Professional Society on the Abuse of Children reports: “In both clinical and nonclinical samples, the vast majority of offenders are male.”12
• A significant percentage of victims are males. A study undertaken by the Journal of Sex and Marital Therapy, of 457 male sex offenders who had committed crimes against children, found that about one-third of these sexual offenders targeted male victims.13
• Child molesters can be preteens or grandfathers. A U.S. Department of Justice report, titled “Criminal Offender Statistics,” found that criminal offenders who had victimized a child were on average five years older than violent offenders who had committed crimes against adults. Nearly 25 percent of child victimizers were age forty or older.14 Forty percent of the offenders who victimized children under the age of six were juveniles under the age of eighteen—one reason to keep male teens out of the nursery.15

A Child Molester May Have Been a Victim

It is not uncommon for molesters to have been victimized in their own childhood. There is also evidence that the greater number of male child molesters are homosexual. Quoting Journal of Sex Research statistics, David Wagner, an associate law professor at Regent University School of Law, said that heterosexuals outnumber homosexuals by a ratio of at least twenty to one (in other words, homosexuals comprise about 5 percent of the population), yet homosexual pedophiles commit about one-third of all child sex offenses.16

FAQ: Christ forgives sinners. So if a repentant child molester comes into my church, shouldn’t I treat him just as I would any other sinner?

ANSWER: No! If you do that, you may one day be called to account for your failure to recognize the danger posed by such an individual. Ignorance may not be a valid defense.

The Desperation of Atheist Trolls — All Along the Watchtower

The Desperation of Atheist Trolls — All Along the Watchtower
As Christians have done unto atheists? Unto Pagans? Unto Native Americans? Unto lgbts? Unto Jews and others? So should they reap and be exterminated off the face of the earth just like they tried to exterminate the Pagans, Native Americans and may others.

Time to expose the real Fascist pig fuckers, the Christians like himself, to this psychotic ChristoTaliban.

Isn’t it amazing?
The atheist must contend with the fact that if man is an animal then he is a religious animal. The material universe produced material beings with desires for non-material things. This makes no sense. Yet, religious belief and superstition is ubiquitous, and human beings have expended great amounts of material, manpower, and resources over the centuries to serve these needs and desires for the non-material. Humanity desires the divine. The desperation of atheist trolls is merely a symptom of religious frustration stemming from a denial of this desire for the divine.

So here we have a god believer who insists that all humans are naturally desiring of a deity or divine. Really?

This is rather ChristoFascist Taliban of this Abrahamist. In essence this Fascist says? YOU MUST believe in our god because WE believe in our God.

He states tthat if atheists state that man is simply an animal? Then he is a religious animal. Really? I did not know that we all must be religious to be a human being who is not an animal. Because the history of Christians, Muslims and Hebrews prove? they were definitely animals alright. Savage, viscous, brutal, death-dealing animals who forced their psychotic Bronze Age religious beliefs upon all of us through either you believe as we do or we will put you to death.

Christians started their rise to power by taking out their biggest competition, the Pagans, in almost 300 years of attempting to exterminate Pagans off the face of the earth.

Christians Committing Mass Murder: Against the Pagans

We know how much Christians love to proclaim how theirs is a religion of peace, love, non-judgment, etc. But their history proves they are anything but. Here is a definitive timeline history of Christians and their committing mass murder and persecution of Pagans.

https://atheistmilitantsrising.home.blog/2020/03/17/christians-committing-mass-murder-against-the-pagans/

Here are a few highlights of how Christians brutally slaughtered Pagans in their forced conversion programs against the Pagans.

354 AD A new edict of Constantius orders the closing of all Pagan Temples. Some of them are profaned and turned into brothels or gambling rooms. Executions of Pagan priests. First burning of libraries in various cities of the Empire. The first lime factories are built next to closed Pagan Temples. A large part of Sacred Gentile architecture is turned into lime.

359 AD In Skythopolis, Syria, the Christians organise the first death camps for the torture and executions of the arrested non-Christians from all around the empire.

364 AD Emperor Flavius Jovianus orders the burning of the Library of Antioch. An Imperial edict (11th September) orders the death penalty for all Gentiles that worship their ancestral Gods or practice Divination (“sileat omnibus perpetuo divinandi uriositas”). Three different edicts (4th February, 9th September, 23rd December) order the confiscation of all properties of Pagan Temples and the death penalty for participation in Pagan rituals, even private ones.

370 AD Valens orders a tremendous persecution of non-Christian peoples in all the Eastern Empire. In Antioch, among many other non-Christians, the ex-governor Fidustius and the priests Hilarius and Patricius are executed. Tons of books are burnt in the squares of the cities of the Eastern Empire. All the friends of Julianus are persecuted (Orebasius, Sallustius, Pegasius etc.), the philosopher Simonides is burned alive and the philosopher Maximus is decapitated.

380 AD On 27th February, Christianity becomes the exclusive religion of the Roman Empire by an edict of Emperor Flavius Theodosius, requiring that “all the various nations, which are subject to our clemency and moderation should continue in the profession of that religion, which was delivered to the Romans by the divine Apostle Peter”. Non-christians are called “loathsome, heretics, stupid and blind”. In another edict Theodosius calls “insane” those that do not believe in the christian god and outlaws all disagreements with the Church dogmas. Ambrosius, bishop of Milan, starts destroying all the Pagan Temples of his area. Christian priests lead the mob against the Temple of Goddess Demeter in Eleusis and try to lynch the hierophants Nestorius and Priskus. The 95 year-old hierophant Nestorius, ends the Eleusinian Mysteries and announces the predominance of mental darkness over the human race.

381 AD On 2nd May, Theodosius deprives of all their rights the Christians that return back to the Pagan religion. In all the Eastern Empire the Pagan temples and Libraries are looted or burned down. On 21st December, Theodosius outlaws even simple visits to the temples of the Hellenes. In Constantinople, the temple of goddess Aphrodite is turned to a brothel and the temples of Sun and Artemis to stables.

385 to 388 AD Maternus Cynegius, encouraged by his fanatic wife, and bishop “Saint” Marcellus with his gangs scour the countryside and sack and destroy hundreds of Hellenic temples, shrines and altars. Among others they destroy the temple of Edessa, the Cabeireion of Imbros, the temple of Zeus in Apamea, the temple of Apollo in Dydima and all the temples of Palmyra. Thousands of innocent Pagans from all sides of the empire suffer martyrdom in the notorious death camps of Skythopolis.

389 to 390 AD All non-Christian date-methods are outlawed. Hordes of fanatic hermits from the desert flood the cities of the Middle East and Egypt and destroy statues, altars, libraries and Pagan temples, and lynch the Pagans. Theophilus, Patriarch of Alexandria, starts heavy persecutions against non-Christian peoples, turns the temple of Dionysos into a Christian church, burns down the Mithraeum of the city, destroys the temple of Zeus and burlesques the Pagan priests before they are killed by stoning. The Christian mob profanes the cult images.

395 AD Two new edicts (22nd July and 7th August) cause new persecutions against Pagans. Rufinus, the eunuch Prime Minister of emperor Flavius Arcadius directs the hordes of the baptised Goths (led by Alaric) to the country of the Hellenes. Encouraged by Christian monks the barbarians sack and burn many cities (Dion, Delphi, Megara, Corinth, Pheneos, Argos, Nemea, Lycosoura, Sparta, Messene, Phigaleia, Olympia, etc.), slaughter or enslave innumerable gentile Hellenes and burn down all the temples. Among others, they burn down the Eleusinian Sanctuary and burn alive all its priests (including the hierophant of Mithras Hilarius).

401 AD The Christian mob of Carthage lynches non-Christians and destroys temples and “idols”. In Gaza too, the local bishop “Saint” Porphyrius sends his followers to lynch Pagans and to demolish the remaining 9 still active temples of the city. The 15th Council of Chalkedon orders all the Christians that still keep good relations with their gentile relatives to be excommunicated (even after their death).

408 AD The emperor of the Western Empire, Honorius, and the emperor of the Eastern Empire, Arcadius, order together all the sculptures of the Pagan temples to be either destroyed or to be taken away. Private ownership of Pagan sculpture is also outlawed. The local bishops lead new heavy persecutions against the Pagans and new book burning. The judges that have pity for the Pagans are also persecuted. “Saint” Augustine massacres hundreds of protesting Pagans in Calama, Algeria.

415 AD In Alexandria, Egypt, the Christian mob, urged by the bishop Cyrillus, attacks a few days before the Judaeo-Christian Pascha (Easter) and cuts to pieces the famous and beautiful philosopher Hypatia. The pieces of her body, carried around by the Christian mob through the streets of Alexandria, are finally burned together with her books in a place called Cynaron. On 30th August, new persecutions start against all the Pagan priests of North Africa who end their lives either crucified or burned alive.

482 to 488 AD The majority of the Pagans of Minor Asia are exterminated after a desperate revolt against the emperor and the Church.

546 AD Hundreds of Pagans are put to death in Constantinople by the inquisitor Ioannis Asiacus.

562 AD Mass arrests, burlesquing, tortures, imprisonments and executions of gentile Hellenes in Athens, Antioch, Palmyra and Constantinople.

578 to 582 AD The Christians torture and crucify gentile Hellenes all around the Eastern Empire, and exterminate the last non-Christians of Heliopolis (Baalbek).

580 AD The Christian inquisitors attack a secret temple of Zeus in Antioch. The priest commits suicide, but the rest of the Pagans are arrested. All the prisoners, the Vice Governor Anatolius included, are tortured and sent to Constantinople to face trial. Sentenced to death they are thrown to the lions. The wild animals being unwilling to tear them to pieces, they end up crucified. Their dead bodies are dragged in the streets by the Christian mob and afterwards thrown unburied in the dump.

Christians, Muslims and Jews Hate of Atheists
Nothing says love quite like Christian and Muslim and Jews hate of us atheists. Here is a whole bunch of YouTube videos that show complete and utter murderous hate of us atheists by Christians, Muslims and Jews.
